This is a sales by referral position, meaning you refer very warm leads to us directly (via email or telephone). Email is preferred, as we are a small business and do not have full time staff who can get to the phone for us. We will close the sell. In time, we would like our most successful Marketing candidates to have confidence and training to do direct sales- this will pay more.
